Of particular note is Westlink’s specialisation in the valuation of property assets contained within Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSF). While not currently required to be valued annually by the ATO (currently it is recommended such assets are valued every 3 years to market value – unless there is a significant event), we are increasingly seeing prudent clients engaging us to value their SMSF property portfiolios on at least a biennial basis.
