Westlink is one of Victoria’s largest independent providers of rating and taxing valuations delivering in excess of 500,000 rating valuations for 10 local Council clients as part of the biennial General Revaluation in Victoria. As part of the revaluation cycle, Westlink also undertakes in the order of 30,000 supplementary valuations and analyses over 50,000 property sales and rentals per annum.
The rating and taxing team at Westlink have extensive experience in the use of all mass valuation software packages including VM2020, INFOR Pathway VicVals and Proclaim in addition to key GIS packages including E-view, ArcView, Latitude and MapInfo.
