Brendan is a Director of Westlink Consulting and was one of the co-founders of the business in 1997. With over 30 years’ valuation experience in all property sectors with specialisms in CBD fringe property, commercial and industrial properties, larger retail premises and shopping centres, quarries and residential development sites throughout metropolitan Melbourne.

He is a qualified Specialist Retail Valuer and undertakes a variety of rental determinations and is a panel member of the Australian Property Institute President’s Panel in addition to being a member of the Valuer General Victoria’s Panel of Valuers and the Municipal Group of Valuers.
